1. Rental Agreement: Renter agrees

By renting a vehicle from JT’s Car Rentals Ltd. (“Owner”), you are aware of, accepts full responsibility and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between the Renter and JT’s Car Rentals Ltd (“Owner”). The Contract is the entire agreement between Renter and Owner and cannot be altered unless agreed to in writing and signed by both the Renter and Owner.

Definitions: For the purposes of the Contract the following terms are specifically defined:

• “Owner” the limited liability company, JT’s Car Rentals Ltd.
• “Renter” the person or entity whose signature is affixed to the Rental Agreement.
• “Rental Period” means the period between the time Renter takes possession of the vehicle until the vehicle is returned or recovered and in either case, checked in by Owner.
• “Authorized Additional Drivers” means any individual in addition to the Renter who is given permission by Owner to operate the vehicle. 

 2. Reservation and Rental Requirements:

• Renter must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Renter must have 2 or more years driving experience.
• Reservation requires a valid credit card and/or a cash deposit equal to the day’s rate of said vehicle.
• Rental period begins and ends at the agreed-upon dates and times specified in the reservation.

3. Vehicle Usage:

• The rented vehicle shall only be used by the Renter and authorized additional drivers.
• The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purposes, racing, towing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Condition of Vehicle:

• Renter acknowledges receiving the vehicle in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, with normal wear and tear accepted.
• Any damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately to the Owner.

5. Insurance:

• The Owner provides basic liability insurance coverage with all rentals.

6. Fees and Charges:

• Renter agrees to pay all rental fees, taxes, surcharges, and any additional charges incurred during the rental period.
• Additional charges may include but are not limited to fuel, mileage overage, cleaning fees, and late return fees.

7. Cancellation and Modification:

• Cancellation or modification to reservation must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of reservation deposit.

8. Return of Vehicle:

• Renter agrees to return the vehicle to the designated location at the agreed-upon date and time.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.

9. Replacement Vehicle:

• In the event of mechanical failure or accident, Owner will provide a replacement vehicle, subject to availability.

10. Indemnification:

• Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented vehicle.

11. Jurisdiction:

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental takes place.

12. Severability:

• If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.Acceptance:

• By signing the rental agreement, accepting the keys to the rented vehicle or by clicking the “Place Booking” on the website, the Renter acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined herein.
